Arsenal Midfielder Lucas Torreira agent: “He wants to come back to Italy. There are proposals from Spain, France and Russia but Lucas wants Serie A. Arsenal understand the situation and now they’ll help us”, he told TMW. 🇺🇾 #AFC

Arsenal want €20m. Lazio interested but not in advanced talks yet.

The Gunners are set to be the first big spenders in the summer transfer market in the Premier League.

They are on the verge of a £50million deal to sign centre-back Ben White from Brighton & Hove Albion.

The England defender looks set to swap the south coast for north London after an agreement between the two clubs neared completion.

The London club had an initial £40million bid for the 23-year-old rejected, but were not deterred and bimasport now understands that an agreement over a £50million fee is close.

Brighton were keen to get the full fee up front, with Arsenal hoping instead for an initial £45million outlay with a further £5million in add-ons. The entire deal is believed to be 50 million pounds. This has not been met well by Club fans who think EDU is not addressing the real issue at the club and that the management is getting priorities wrong

Once those two incoming deals have been concluded, Edu and Arsenal will concentrate on player sales, with Konstantinos Mavropanos expected to sign a loan with an obligation to buy deal with Stuttgart.

Matteo Guendouzi and Lucas Torreira are also likely to be sold before any more new signings come in.
