Breaking| Manchester United confirm three New signings

Manchester United have confirmed the signings of more young stars Marc Jurado from spanish giants Barcelona and Alvaro Fernandez from Real Madrid.

Marc Jurado, 16, and Alvaro Fernandez, 17, arrived in Manchester from Spain last month and have been quarantining as per Covid19 guidelines but United have now received international clearance to announce their moves.

Manchester United have also confirmed a deal for Isak Hansen-Aaroen from Tromso but are still awaiting international clearance. United agreed to sign Hansen-Aaroen, 16, last year.

Full-backs Marc Jurado and Alvaro Fernandez have already started intensive English lessons and been introduced to their new academy coaches via Zoom calls.

United’s incumbent academy Spaniards, Arnau Puigmal and Mateo Mejia, have been FaceTiming Jurado and Fernandez to help them settle, and the club has provided Jurado and Fernandes with documentaries about United and Manchester to help them integrate.

Media outlet MEN revealed that Norwegian Hansen-Aaroen has already started training with the Under-18s, as have fellow academy signings Joe Hugill, Logan Pye, and Radek Vitek.

Manchester United fought off competition from Arsenal and Tottenham to agree a £300,000 fee with Sunderland for striker Hugill, 16, and defender Pye, also 16, was previously at Sunderland as well. Czech goalkeeper Vitek, 16, transferred from Sigma Olomouc.

Earlier this week, United agreed a deal for Alejandro Garnacho from Atletico Madrid and the striker is due to arrive in Manchester this week. United are also in the process of finalising the signing of Charlie McNeill from Manchester City for an initial £750,000.
