Manchester united will be facing Championship side derby county in their first pre-season match to be played at the pride park stadium in derby England on Sunday 18 July 2021 at 13:00 (BST) and will be Live on Manchester united official TV channel MUTV. This will be the first pre-season friendly in a series of four friendly matches culminating in a Northwest derby against Everton at Old Trafford that will be played on the 7th of August 2021.

Ole Gunnar Solksjaer side will be facing his fellow legend Manchester united all time goal scorer Wayne Rooney but this time as a manager for a rival side.
