According to media reports, Manchester United have also been offered the chance to sign Real Madrid’s Brazilian winger Vinicius Junior, 21, as the Spanish side try to raise funds before making a move for Paris St-Germain’s French forward Kylian Mbappe.

It is believed that this came up during the negotiation talks of Raphael Varane whom reports indicate that Manchester United and Real Madrid are in advance talks.

Real Madrid are currently preparing a bid for French striker Kylian Mbappe who could cost them close to £200m from PSG.

Vinicius Junior costed real Madrid £36m from Brazilian club Flamengo becoming the most expensive signing from a Brazilian club. He has however not lived up to everyone expectations but has at some point scored very crucial goals for the Los Blanco’s.

Arrival of Kylian Mbappe at the Santiago Bernabeu could throw his future in jeopardy denying him a chance to feature in the first team considering the presence of expensive acquisition Eden Hazard who cost Real Madrid more than £100m from London club Chelsea. He has since flopped.

Vinicius Junior could only join United on a season long loan deal with an option to buy. This will go well with Manchester United considering that their England Star striker Marcus Rashford could miss close to 2months of the new season due to hip surgery that he is supposed to undergo.
