According to the TelegraphDucker, Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford could miss the first two months of the coming new Premier League season after deciding to push ahead with surgery on a long-standing shoulder injury.

The media agency reports that Marcus Rashford prefers to have the surgery immediately but that it is unlikely to happen until the end of the month.

The telegraphducker says that Marcus Rashford could miss Manchester United’s first eight Premier League games, including the season opener against Leeds, and the first three Champions League group stage matches, in addition to England’s five World Cup qualifiers in September and October

Marcus Rashford had a good Euro campaign filled with controversy that culminated in him missing a crucial penalty against the Azuri together with Manchester United new signing Jadon Sancho and Arsenal teen star Bukayo Saka.

This trio later on faced racial abuse that has faced condemnation from world Soccer governing body Fifa and Euro organisers
