Paul Pogba and Bruno Fernandes have sent defiant messages after United’s 2-2 draw with Southampton on Monday.
Michael Obafemi’s stoppage-time equaliser denied United a fifth consecutive victory and kept Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men outside the top four.
United’s fate remains in their own hands and victories over Crystal Palace, West Ham United and Leicester City would guarantee them Champions League football next season.
And Pogba and Fernandes have both insisted that United remain fully focused on achieving their goal.
“The victory has escaped, but we’ll remain united and focused for the next 3 games,” Pogba wrote on Instagram.
His thoughts were echoed by Fernandes, who used the same social media platform to state: “Not the result we wanted, but we’re going to continue the hard work and focus already on the next game! #MUFC.”
