Highly-rate Lille defender Gabriel Magalhaes has been reportedly undergone a medical with Londoners Arsenal wo are believed to have agreed a £27million move.
That is according to The Times who state that United and Napoli could yet hijack a deal before the Gunners make it a permanent move. The reports claim that Gabriel has halted his move to the gunners and is yet to make up him mind.
Napoli’s offer is pegged on Manchester city’s decision to make a move for Napoli Senegalese defender Kalidou Koulibaly who is believed to be on the verge of joining the citizens on a 70million deal.
The report states that the 22-year-old has agreed a five-year deal with the North London club but the Red Devils may look to swoop in for the Centre-back.
While United have been relatively stable in defense, the addition of Gabriel as a left-footed centre-back could complement that existing defense and add more options for united boss ole gunner Solskjaer.
